ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi, Kenya
You’ll be met upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to your hotel for rest and recovery after your flight.
Overnight: Nairobi Safari Club (B/B)
Day 2: Nairobi – Namanga – Arusha – Ngorongoro, Tanzania
After breakfast, drive south to the Namanga border. Clear immigration and continue into Tanzania. You’ll be picked up by our Tanzanian partners and transferred to Arusha for lunch at Novotel Mt. Meru Hotel. After lunch, proceed to the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater
Enjoy a full-day tour of the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. Expect to see zebra, wildebeest, lions, hyenas, buffalo, and if you're lucky, elephants.

Day 4: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara
Drive to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, perched on the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. After lunch, descend to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive. Look out for tree-climbing lions, baboons, impalas, elephants, and over 300 bird species.

Day 5: Return to Kenya – Amboseli National Park
Depart after breakfast for Arusha and have lunch at Novotel Mt. Meru. Continue to the Namanga border and re-enter Kenya. Our driver-guide will meet you and transfer you to Amboseli National Park, where you may spot game along the way.

Day 6: Full Day in Amboseli National Park
Spend the day in Amboseli, photographing wildlife against the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. This park is known for having some of the largest elephants in East Africa.

Day 7: Amboseli – Nairobi – Mount Kenya Region
After breakfast, drive to Nairobi for lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, then continue to Mountain Lodge, located in the forested foothills of Mount Kenya. Spend the evening viewing wildlife at the floodlit waterhole.

Day 8: Mount Kenya – Samburu National Reserve
Drive north, skirting Mt. Kenya, and arrive at Samburu National Reserve for lunch. This unique, semi-arid landscape is home to rare wildlife, including the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, and the long-necked gerenuk.

Day 9: Full Day in Samburu & Buffalo Springs
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where wildlife gather to drink. Expect exciting sightings in this less-traveled gem of northern Kenya.

Day 10: Samburu – Mount Kenya Safari Club
Depart for the elegant Mount Kenya Safari Club, once a private retreat for Hollywood stars. Relax and take in the beautiful views of Mount Kenya from this iconic hotel that straddles the equator.

Day 11: Mount Kenya – Lake Nakuru National Park
Travel west around the Aberdare Mountains to Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingos, pelicans, and rhino conservation efforts. You’ll enjoy lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, followed by afternoon game viewing.

Day 12: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara Game Reserve
Drive to the world-renowned Maasai Mara, an extension of the Serengeti and home to the Great Migration. After lunch at your lodge, head out for your first game drive in this spectacular reserve.

Day 13: Full Day in the Maasai Mara
Spend the entire day exploring the rolling savannahs of the Mara, enjoying a picnic lunch in the bush. This is the best place to witness the Great Migration and spot large predators, elephants, and plains game.

Day 14: Return to Nairobi – Departure
After breakfast, return to Nairobi. The rest of the day is free for sightseeing or last-minute shopping. A day room will be provided for you to freshen up before your transfer to the airport.
